Dr. Wong is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery. He graduated from Cornell University with distinction in all subjects. Dr. Wong graduated from UMDNJ medical school in Piscataway, where he served as president of AOA, the medical honor society. He completed his otolaryngology residency at Beth Israel Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York where his excellent medical care was featured in the New York Post. Dr. Wong serves as vice president of the New Jersey Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck/Facial Plastic Surgery. He has been recognized by South Jersey Magazine as a Readers Choice Top Physician.

Dr. Aftab is a board-certified otolaryngologist and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She joined Advocare ENT Specialty Center in 2010. Her articles and chapters have been published in peer-reviewed medical journals and textbooks.

Dr. Stephen Tai is a board-certified otolaryngologist who joined Advocare ENT Specialty Center in December 2015. Dr.Tai's practice includes all aspects of the broad spectrum of general otolaryngology for both children and adults. Dr.Tai's special interests include allergy and chronic sinus problems.

Dr. Hjelm is a Board-Certified Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. A graduate of Jefferson Medical College, Dr. Hjelm completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University and Nemours Children's Hospitals. He received additional training in Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Hjelm has authored numerous articles and textbook chapters in peer-reviewed medical literature. He has also spoken and presented various times at both Facial Plastic and Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery conferences.

Lauren O’Neill is a Speech Language Pathologist who specializes in voice, swallowing, and airway diseases treating both adults and children. Lauren also has specialized training in the treatment of Exercise-induced laryngeal obstruction (EILO) techniques, LESSAC-MADSEN RESONANT VOICE THERAPY (LMRVT), and Myofascial Release. She has a very strong relationship with all of our doctors at Advocare ENT in Marlton and takes pride in establishing genuine rapport and relationships with clients and their families to help them achieve their goals.

Sarah Watson joined Advocare ENT Specialty Center in 2018 as a diagnostic audiologist. She originally started at Advocare ENT in 2013 as an intern during her doctoral studies. Dr. Watson earned her Doctorate degree in Audiology at Salus University (Elkins Park, PA) in 2014. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Penn State University.
