Please read below for tips:

  1. Online scheduling is only open for certain providers currently – Dr Saba Aftab, Dr Srihari Daggumati and Cassandra Arvelo PA-C. If you need an appointment with another provider, please call the office to schedule.
  2. If you need a time other than what is available online, or you need a more urgent appointment, please call the office. We are very happy to accommodate your appointment needs.
  3. If you have any hearing, dizziness or ear complaints, please call the office to schedule as we will have to book an appointment with the audiologist as well.
  4. We do not participate with Horizon NJ Health
  5. We are not accepting New Patients with any Medicaid Advantage Plans.
  6. We do not participate with many of the HMO Medicare Plans. Please call the office to confirm your plan if you are unsure.

To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits. If your insurance requires a referral for you to see a specialist please be sure to obtain that prior to your appointment date. Patients that arrive without a referral or their co-pay, according to your insurance company's rules, will need to reschedule their appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment, out of courtesy to our other patients, we will need to reschedule your appointment. We will do our very best to get you in as soon as possible. Please be mindful that we are a specialist's office and our schedule does fill quickly.
