How do I reach the doctor after hours?
Our physicians are available 24 hours a day. Call the office at (856) 435-9100 and listen to the message for the provider on call's phone number. Please be aware that after-hours calls are intended for urgent medical issues that cannot wait until the next business day. Referral, appointment requests, and billing questions will not be addressed by the on call physician.

What is an Otolaryngologist?
Otolaryngology is the oldest medical specialty in the United States. Otolaryngologists are physicians trained in the medical/surgical treatment of patients with diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat and related structures of the head and neck. We are commonly referred to as ENT physicians. -
Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor to come to your office?
If your insurance plan requires you to obtain a referral prior to a specialty visit, then contact your primary care doctor first. If your plan allows a subspecialty visit without a referral, then please call us to arrange your visit at 856-435-9100. For urgent referrals (especially when you are still in our office), you can wait while the referral is processed. -
What days are you open?
We are open every weekday, Monday through Friday, except major holiday. Please call the office for a specific appointment, 856-435-9100 -
What problems do Otolaryngolgist treat?
We provide medical and surgical treatment for a variety of issues, including tonsil and adenoid issues, sleep apnea, ear issues, balance problems, allergy and sinus issues, along with problems of the thyroid and parathyroid glands. We also perform facial plastic and reconstructive surgery in adults and children and provide a variety of in-office cosmetic treatments as well. We provide allergy testing and can provide allergy shots if you are a candidate. -
Do you participate in my health insurance plan?
We participate with most major health insurance plans. Please call our office staff at 856-435-9100 for specific questions. -
Do you accept my health insurance plan?
Please refer to our Insurance page to review a list of accepted insurance providers.

How do I obtain a prescription refill?
Please call our office and follow the prompts for our prescription refill line. Allow one business day for all routine prescription refills. For prescriptions that require prior authorization from your insurance company, please plan ahead to allow at least three to five days for refill approval. Prescription refills for controlled substances such as pain medications are refilled Monday through Friday only.

How do we contact the doctor after hours?
We have a physician on call 24 hours a day, please call our office. This is for emergency purposes only. Refill of medications and referrals will not get handled after hours.

What days are you open?
Our office is open Monday through Friday and Saturday is for sick appointments only. As our daily schedule is subject to change, please call to confirm office hours.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we always welcome new patients to our practice! Please see the list of insurances that we accept under the "Office Info-Insurances" Menu Tab. Depending on your insurance plan, you may need a referral. If you are a new patient, please have all prior records sent to our office. This gives our doctors adequate time to prepare prior to your appointment and that means less wait time.

When will I receive lab or test results?
You will receive a call quickly with any lab results that require urgent attention. If you do not hear from the provider in the timeframe you expect, please call the office. Lab results are also published to the Patient Portal.

How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment please call our office or use the online booking feature on the website. To ensure the best use of time, for both our physicians and patients, all of our office visits are by appointment only. We ask that you arrive at our office 10 - 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you to complete any necessary paperwork and to update any demographic and insurance changes. If you must cancel an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer that time to someone else.
Emergencies arise. We will advise you if there is going to be a delay in seeing you. If your schedule won't allow you to wait, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. We do appreciate your patience and cooperation during our busy times and we will make every effort to keep your wait time to a minimum.
