Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty (Cosmetic Eyelid Surgery)

Otoplasty, often referred to as “ear pinning,” is used for patients with prominauris. Prominauris is when the ears stick out noticeably from the head. The procedure draws the ears closer to the head to become no longer noticeable. Dr. Hjelm performs otoplasty either in the office or in the operating room, depending on the patient’s comfort level. The results are immediate with minimal to no swelling. This procedure can be performed in patients as young as 4 years of age. 

Earlobe rejuvenation is a simple, in-office procedure to re-shape the lowest portion of your ear. With age, the earlobe thins and sags. Earrings can exacerbate these time-related effects. Dr. Hjelm carefully creates symmetry, lifts the earlobe up, and hides the incision line.
