Rhinoplasty (Cosmetic Nose Surgery)

Revision, or secondary rhinoplasty, is for patients who previously had nasal surgery and desire improvement in the appearance of the nose. The surgery challenges the skills and experience of facial plastic surgeons as the structure of nose is diminished from the prior surgery. Dr. Hjelm is experienced with revision rhinoplasty and employs many surgical approaches to accomplish each patient’s goals. 

Alarplasty is a procedure that focuses on narrowing the nostril size and width. Either completed in conjunction with rhinoplasty or by itself in the office, results are seen immediately.
